ok....
it's only taken 12 years, but the first pale april single is being released.
the first of three singles "sunday" is available now and can be downloaded below.

this release features the original version of "sunday" and two remixes of the songs "grasp" and "coma"

further information on more release as well as other projects will be available here at some point. in the meantime, you can go here to view the current project i'm involved with.

sunday [single]

1. sunday

originally recorded in 1996 at sinewave studios in bloomington illinois while attending illinois state university.
mixing was done at sound bunker studios in silvis illinois by dave ruby
mastered in 2008 by beatle

vocals by sandy (not even going to try to slaughter her last name)
additional guitars provided by dave ruby and chad v
everything else beatle

2. grasp (red light mix)

originally recorded in 1996 at sinewave studios.
remixed sometime in 2000
mastered in 2008

vocals by sandy
everything else beatle

the first of two remixes came about in 2000 when i received a copy of sonic foundry's acid pro. they are basically me learning the program and why you (or at least i) can hear canned loops and samples. these days i have become much better at mutating the sounds that i use.

sadly, these mixes in mp3 form are all that remain. the original acid files have long been lost.

3. coma (synthetic daydream mix)

originally recorded in 1996 at sinewave studios.
remixed sometime in 2000
mastered in 2008

vocals by sandy
everything else beatle

the second of two remixes. like the previous remix of "grasp", the original acid files have been lost and this mix in mp3 form is all that remains.
